How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, visit the contact page. List your name, phone number, and details about your special occasion.

 

How do I pay for the service?

 

Payments can be accepted through Venmo or PayPal. A deposit is required to secure your appointment time and services. You will receive a confirmation once your deposit has been collected. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

How long does the service take?

 

The length of the makeup application depends on the desired look. A full-face application may take 45-60 minutes. Bridal applications may take 60-75 minutes.

 

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

 

You are not required to bring anything besides a clean, moisturized, and happy face! I will bring everything needed to achieve the desired look. However, if you have a favorite product such as a foundation or lipstick/gloss that you want to be used, you are more than welcome to bring it.

 

Do you travel for appointments?

 

Yes! I travel all around the Central Texas area. Please visit the contact page for a personalized quote to your location.

 

How do I request a quote for my wedding?

 

To request a quote, please visit the bridal page, and complete the Bridal Inquiry Form. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

 

Policies

TRAVEL FEES

 

A travel fee will be applied to on-location services more than 20 miles from Andrea Collier Makeup. Please visit the contact page for a personalized travel quote to your location.

 

 

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT

 

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Payments can be made through Venmo or PayPal. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be sent a confirmation once you deposit has been received. The remaining balance will be due at the completion of your appointment before the artist departs. No exceptions.

 

PARKING

 

Applicable parking or valet fees will be added to the final service amount.

 

EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS

 

An early morning fee will be applied to appointments starting before 8:00am.

 

HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS

 

Holiday appointments may be subject to a holiday fee.

 

BRIDAL CONTRACT

 

When booking services for your wedding, a signed bridal contract along with a deposit is required to secure your date.

 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

 

Wedding date rates will remain the same for all services, with the addition of artist travel, lodging, and food expenses, responsible to be paid by the client. Please request a visit the Request a Bridal Quote Page to get a personalized quote for your wedding.

 

CANCELLATION

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance via written form. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new appointment will need to be booked.

Bridal Cancellation Policy:

The booking is a reserved spot. Bridal cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the reserved date, and must be submitted in written form by email. If cancellation occurs within 30 days, client will be responsible for a 50% charge of the total amount of services agreed upon in the contract. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
